The Westons are a pioneer family. My great grandfather was William Jasper Weston who came by wagon train from Arkansas across the Oregon Trail in about 1852 with his older half-brothers and other family.  William Jasper was only 6 or 7 years old when the family came west.  Dave Weston/Champoeg Park has a Weston family cemetery where Dave Weston and family are buried.  This is part of my family as well.  My grandfather, Andrew Weston, was William Jasper's son.  My father, Marvin Weston, is buried in the Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard, Oregon.  Cecil Weston was my great aunt.
