Obituary: Frances E. Morback died May 15, 2003, at age 98. Frances Rosch was born Feb. 20, 1905, in St. Joseph, Mo., and moved to Portland as a child. She graduated from Newberg High School and was a bookkeeper for the Portland Water Bureau. She moved to Forest Grove in 1989. She translated books into Braille. Survivors include her niece, Irene C. Hughes; and five nephews. Arrangements by Fuiten Rose & Hoyt.
