General Notes:
Monument says 1904 - 1904, but the ledger lists age as 10 months which means the
birth year would be 1903.  Since this is the section of the ledger (pre-1907) that was transcribed, I suspect that the error is that it should have been 1 month, rather than 10 months.  His mother died in March of 1904, quite possibly a childbirth-related death, and her infant likely passed a few weeks later.
